Yuba-Sutter Transit is conducting the 2026 Customer Satisfaction Survey to help identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall passenger experience for our passengers.
The survey is available in English, Spanish, and Punjabi and will remain open through June 15, 2026.

Submit survey for a chance to win Yuba-Sutter Transit travel essentials
In appreciation for completing the survey, participants will have a chance to enter a prize drawing for Yuba‑Sutter Transit travel essentials, which include a branded backpack, a rain‑or‑shine umbrella, and a reusable water bottle—perfect for staying prepared and hydrated while on the go.
The selected prize winner will be notified by email or phone. Prize items will be available for pickup at the Yuba-Sutter Transit Administrative Office, located at 2100 B Street, Marysville, CA 95901, during regular business hours.
Passengers who wish to complete the survey in paper format may do so at the Administrative Office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, surveyors will collect feedback at multiple community outreach events and transit transfer locations throughout Yuba City, Marysville, and Linda.
